Shipping Policy

All raffle prizes will be shipped to the address provided at the time of ticket purchase or registration. We currently ship only within the Bahama Islands.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery of prizes can take up to 15 working days, depending on your location within the islands. For Family Island shipping, please allow up to 20 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly communicated before the completion of your raffle entry.

Returns and Refunds

All raffle ticket purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on raffle tickets.

Prize Redemption

Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of the raffle draw. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or used in future raffles.
